The Cycle of Karmic Connections (Part 1)
Karma is the energy we send out into the world in the form of thoughts, words and actions. It’s like an arrow which we shoot which will hit the target and then return to us. The energy on the return will be our destiny – our health, our career, our relationships, situations which come to us daily. Very often we find our self feeling that we have always been nice to everyone, then why are things not happening right for us. We start questioning the Law of Karma, it doesn’t seem to be very fair. Law of Karma is a spiritual law, i.e. a law applicable to the soul. It’s I the soul which has performed the karma, not the body. A soul is on a journey and the body is the costume it wears to perform karma. In every costume we meet other souls and have karmic connections with them. As time passes we both change the costume, but let us remember it is only a costume – the karmic connection is between the souls, and the connection continues.
Suppose we meet a friend today and have a strong argument and the meeting ends in an unpleasant way. We meet again after a week, both wearing a different dress, the second meeting will be influenced by the previous argument, and so it will not begin on a very nice note. We may not talk nicely to each other. Next month we meet again, we may not talk to each other at all. Every meeting carries forward to the next meeting. If one of us now decides to end this conflict and begins a polite conversation, the quality of the meeting will change and this will then carry forward. This is a continuous cycle of karmic connections.

Message for the day 14-09-2019
-----------------------------------------
The sweetness of the mind brings sweetness in words and interactions.
Expression: There is an understanding of the need for being sweet in words and interactions. But this sweetness can be expressed only when there is sweetness in the mind. Sweetness of the mind means there is not even a trace of negativity. Such a mind is further open to all that is nice and beautiful and expresses its own freshness and beauty in interactions.
Experience: When I am able to keep my mind sweet, i.e., free from any kind of bitterness or ill-feelings, I am able to experience the beauty of life. There is no feeling of sorrow or negativity but the mind is nurtured to further positivity with everything that comes its way. I am then able to experience constant growth and progress.
