Before Meeting Someone, Create One Thought - That They Are A Pure Being

Before Meeting Someone, Create One Thought - That They Are A Pure Being

Each time before we come into interaction with someone, we mentally create an image of how that meeting would go. If we are about to meet a stranger, we create curiosity and anxiety. And if it is someone we already know, we perceive them through our past experiences. Our vibrations, words and behaviour during the interaction will be based on how we think about them.

When you interact with someone who you know, do you perceive that person based on past impressions about them? And if that past impression, which could be days or years old is negative, do you fear meeting them again now? Or do you meet people each time with a fresh, open mind? In our interactions, people may not speak or behave the way we expect. They are not in our control, but what we record on our mind about them is always our choice. Holding a clean perspective about people will radiate pure vibrations in the next meeting and will create a pleasant interaction. Every time we meet someone, we should meet them with a clean mind and with a thought - I am a pure being, meeting another pure being.  This thought deletes any unpleasant experience of the past. Otherwise the bitterness becomes a flavor of our next meeting. Don't allow past experiences to become a part of your present and influence future interactions. Meet people with a clean mind and bless your meeting. Remind yourself - If I had an unpleasant interaction with someone, I clean my mind of the past experience before meeting them again.

Cleaning your mind and creating a highest frequency thought for people helps you radiate authentic respect to them, before and during your interaction. Remind yourself - I meet people only after perceiving them to be pure, beautiful beings. This makes us comfortable in each other's company. It also energizes us and our interactions.

Message for the day

To be a well wisher means to think of changing first.

Expression: Being a well wisher just doesn't mean wishing others well.  It also means having good wishes for the self and having the pure desire to bring about a change for the better in the self.  So whatever the kind of situations, instead of just judging others and what they need to change, the one who is a well-wisher constantly brings about transformation in the self.

Experience: For having worked on myself under all circumstances and having used every situation as a chance for self-progress, I constantly enjoy every thing that comes my way.  I have no expectations, but just think of benefit for others and myself.  I then never find any situation to be an obstacle, but use it as a step for progress.

Rest, Refresh And Rejuvenate Your Mind

Rest, Refresh And Rejuvenate Your Mind

We wish to slow down the constant stream of thoughts arising in our mind. With 40,000 to 50,000 thoughts generated each day, and most of them negative or wasteful, our mind gets tired. That makes it hard to focus, to find right words or to stay positive.

Follow these steps to rest, refresh and rejuvenate your mind -

1. Every morning, thank your mind for managing everything - your body, relationships, work.

2. Nourish it with 20 minutes of meditation, read content that reinforce peace and happiness.

3. Create and visualize an affirmation of how you want your day to be.

4. At work, focus only on the positives in people and situations.

5. Pause for one minute after every hour to relax and clean your mind of any negativity.

6. Meditate at bedtime and resolve any issue on the mind, for a good sleep.

Repeat this affirmation 3 times to create a relationship with your mind and cleanse it regularly.

I am a powerful being … I take care of my mind … I meditate every morning for 20 mins … I create my affirmation … I visualize my day being and doing what I want … I study for 20 mins … I respond right to every situation … I avoid negative information from media, social media and people … I pause for a minute every hour … to rest my mind … I meditate before I go to bed… it charges my mind.

When you take charge of your thoughts and start regulating them, your mind naturally slows down and thinks right in every situation. Taking care of your mind is the first step in taking caring for people and situations.

Message for the day

The ones who are constantly happy are truly fortunate.

Expression: Whatever the kind of situations needed to be faced, whoever the people and the different kind of personalities they come into contact with, the ones who are fortunate constantly enjoy.  They also continue to take benefit and bring benefit to others too. Their fortune lies in their ability to perceive the positive aspect in everything and take benefit accordingly.

Experience: When I am able to be happy under all circumstances, I am able to make the best use of whatever I have with me.  I then find myself full of all resources.  I don't think of what I don't have but I am aware of and make the best use of what I have.  So I find myself to be always lucky.  I constantly move forward.

Be Easy, Not Busy

Be Easy, Not Busy

We routinely use the vocabulary - I am very busy...I have no time. This mindset doesn't let us prioritize or manage time. We over-commit and under-deliver in every area of life. The turbulent energy of the word Busy conveys that we are not available to enjoy life's moments. Busyness makes us stressed about saving time, wasting time and constantly being in action. Just by saying busy..busy..busy… even if our schedule permits few hours of leisure, we won't utilize it to care for ourselves or others. We don't meet people, we call them. We don't listen to them, we speak. We don't connect, we just remain in contact. Today we have more responsibilities, more pressures, more expectations. More need not mean Busy. We can work 16 hours a day remaining calm and happy. Let's start saying I am Easy, I have time for everything. The relaxed energy of the word Easy keeps us calm, focused and efficient. Then we won't want time, we will have more time.

We come across professionals or housewives who work 14 hours a day remaining easy. We also meet school kids who say I am very busy, hurry up. Today the energy of being busy is in the air. When we consume and add it to our vocabulary, we radiate a message of having too much to manage and that we are not available for people. Being Easy or Busy indicate opposite states of your mind. They having nothing to do with the amount of work you do. Replace busy with easy and see the difference it makes to your emotional health. You will no longer hurry yourself or other people and create panic. You will go with the flow instead of resisting unexpected situations. You radiate vibrations of peace to your mind, health to your body, harmony to your relationships and happiness to your environment.

Message for the day

Faith in one's progress brings contentment.

Expression: Even when the situation is not according to what is expected, there is contentment for the one who has faith in his own progress.  Such a person will not just sit back waiting for things to change nor will he just curse his fate.  Instead he'll do his best and use all his resources in bettering the situation.

Experience: The understanding that all life's situations are a training for me, automatically keeps me content in all situations.  There is naturally an experience of constant progress and a feeling of having gained something from all situations.
