The Art Of Packing Up Your Thoughts

The Art Of Packing Up Your Thoughts

As we travel from one scene to the next, do we take care of thoughts and emotions we carry on our mind? On any given day our thoughts and emotions are so scattered around people, events and objects. Our mind struggles to pack up or detach from the mental burden, because of this.

1. Pause and check how loaded your mental luggage is - about may be relationship issues, challenges at your workplace, health issues, unmet expectations, gossip, messages from social media, negative news from the world … it's a long list and none of these are right or healthy for you.

2. If you do not pack up your emotional baggage well, your present experiences get influenced by your past, which may be negative or unnecessary in nature. This makes you interact with people or perceive situations in the present through filters of the past.

3. Meditate every morning and at night before sleeping and introspect and check your thoughts from time to time in the day, to increase your power to pack up. By doing this, you will be able to put a full stop to wasteful thinking during the day. You can release what is not beneficial – past hurt, attachments, expectations, wrong habits, limiting beliefs, external influences.

4. Live with people, objects, wealth and different mediums of technology and enjoy what you possess. But do not get attached. After every hour, check and release any uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Forgive, let go and move on. Enjoy the journey forward. Clean your mind to register new positive experiences, which will fill you with peace, love, joy and power.

Message for the day

To consider problems to be a game is to move forward with lightness.

Expression:
Even when the most difficult problem comes my way, I am able to give my best when I understand the significance of whatever is happening. Because I never experience being subservient to the problem, I am always a master.

Experience: When I understand that problems are just a game, I am able to play whatever part I have to, externally. But internally I will experience lightness knowing that this is the part I have to play. It would be easy to understand the significance of the part that I am playing and remain happy.
