Packing our minds with needless thoughts has today led to mental fatigue or tiredness. Does your mind remain in the past or future, stress over pleasing others, keep remembering someone, or remain restless? These habits cause mental fatigue.
1. Meditate and study spiritual wisdom every morning to have a stable mind, which is strong, intuitive, and focused on solutions in every scene. Organize your day, set timelines and stick to the plan so that your energy remains channelized.
2. Follow lifestyle disciplines – wake up early, meditate, exercise, follow set mealtimes and eat a healthy diet mindfully. Spend 3 to 4 hours of the day with family. Cut off from technology and work communication at least one hour before sleep. Go to bed early.
3. Be with people and work with them, remembering that your perspectives will differ. State your opinion assertively with dignity. Withdraw from arguments, conflicts, gossip and judgments. Forgive people. Respond through your personality of peace, happiness and love.
4. Take a 1-minute break after every hour to clean your mind, answer any questions it has, and remove toxic feelings. You can revise your morning affirmation and visualize it in this one minute. This keeps your mind light and energized for the next 59 minutes.
